WAFLW Coaching Announcement

The East Perth Football Club has decided not to offer WAFLW Head Coach Jason Bloom a new contract for 2024.
Bloom accepted a one-year contract after the Royals were granted a license to compete in the WAFLW in 2023.
‘Our decision was made after an end of season review which has resulted in the Club deciding to look for a new Head Coach.’ CEO Dean Turner said.
‘Jason was a key figure in the Clubs application for a WAFLW license and played an important role in our inaugural year and I wish to acknowledge Jason’s contribution over several seasons.’
Details of the Club’s process for appointing a new WAFLW Head Coach will be available shortly.
