EAST PERTH FOOTBALL CLUB

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the East Perth Football Club will be held on:

Date: Tuesday, 16 December 2025

Time: 6.00pm

Location: East Perth Members Bar

All Financial Members from 2025 are invited to attend. Matters for consideration include

• Confirming the minutes of the previous AGM
• Setting the remuneration for the Auditors
• Receiving and considering the 2025 Financial Statements and Auditor’s Report
• General business

There were three nominations received for the five vacant Board positions. They were

• Bronte Howson
• David Cole
• Jo Davies
• Tom Percy
• Gea Zamin

As there were no other nominations Bronte, David, Jo, Tom and Gea were elected unopposed for two-year terms at the Board meeting held on 20th of November.

At the same meeting the Board elected Bronte Howson as President. 2026 will be Bronte’s 28th Season as East Perth President.

This year’s AGM is being held on a Tuesday night due to availability of the Members Bar. On the night you will be able to renew and collect your memberships for 2026 and purchase merchandise in time for Christmas. The bar will be open post meeting for members to enjoy fellowship.
