The season opened with a narrow 15-point loss (65-80) in Round 1, setting the tone for what would be a competitive year. However, the team bounced back impressively with strong performances, including a commanding 55-point victory (97-42) in Round 2 that demonstrated the squad’s potential when firing on all cylinders.
