Rosco’s Royal Reign To Continue
Head Coach Ross McQueen has accepted a two-year extension of his current contract, which will see him as leading the Royals until at least the end of the 2026 season.
Initially offered a two-year deal for seasons 2023 and 2024, the decision was made by the Board, to extend McQueen’s tenure on the eve of the season.
‘We see stability as the cornerstone of our future success and locking in Ross until the end of 2026 is an important part of this.’ President Bronte Howson said.
‘Under Ross we are playing an exciting brand of footy that the members and supporters love watching, and we are attracting both on and off field talent to the club through or processes and culture.’
‘I thank Ross for his continued service to the Royals and wish him well for the coming seasons.’
The team will be looking to get off on the right foot against South Fremantle on Saturday 31 March at Fremantle Oval.
