Notice of AGM

Please be advised that the East Perth Football Club Annual General Meeting will be held on Sunday 19th January 2020 in the East Perth Member’s Bar, Leederville Oval.

The meeting will commence at 1.30pm. All Financial Members are invited to attend. Matters for consideration include

• Confirming the minutes of the previous AGM
• Receiving and considering the 2019 Financial Statements and Auditor’s Report

The Election of the Board and President has already taken place as per the new process in our Constitution adopted on April 20, 2019.

The following nominations were received

• Bronte Howson
• Jo Davies
• Martin Mileham
• Tom Percy

In accordance with the Constitution of the East Perth Football Club, Members are advised that Nominees Mr Howson, Ms Davies, Mr Percy and Mr Mileham have been duly elected. At the Board meeting held on December 2, 2019 Mr Howson was unanimously voted as President for 2020 and 2021.
