Football Operations Manager Announcement
The East Perth Football Club wishes to announce that Warren Parker is the club's new Football Manager.
Parker will replace Ward Harris, who advised the club of his resignation earlier in the year. The club wishes Ward all the best in the future and thank him for his service during a time of transition at the club.
Parker has been appointed after a thorough process involving many discussions with key stakeholders as well as an in-depth interview process.
"The club is really pleased to have attracted a number of impressive candidates," CEO Dean Turner said.
"Warren’s knowledge of the talent pathway and talent pool align with our objective of attracting and developing young local talent."
Parker joins the club from Claremont. He has been with the Tigers for eight years in numerous football department roles including Football Operations Assistant and Talent Manager, a position he has held for seven years.
Hailing from Busselton, Parker, will play a key role in continuing to nurture our long-standing relationship with the South-West.
"Our South-West zone is vital to East Perth being a competitive club and being able to put a local boy in this role is terrific for our program," Turner said.
