East Perth Celebrity Golf Day

The East Perth Celebrity Golf Day was held at The Cut Golf Course in Port Kennedy yesterday. 18 teams comprising of East Perth sponsors, supporters and past players were joined by Aussie paceman Mitch Johnson, Olympians Rechelle Hawkes, Rachael Lynch and Teneal Attard, as well as East Perth’s own Garry Moss and Head Coach Jaymie Graham.

The players were meet with an early sea breeze making the already notoriously challenging course even more interesting. The wind was soon overshadowed by the magnificent condition of the course and breathtaking views.

At the conclusion of the rounds the players enjoyed a gourmet buffet barbecue and took part in our mini auction with outstanding prizes donated by Frasers’, Hit!929, Travel and Sport Australia and Mitch Johnson.

City Motors took out 1st place, with Giant Autos in second, closely followed by the Allianz team including Mitchell Johnson coming in 3rd. The event was a very successful one for the club. We would like to thank everyone who participated, donated, and helped make the day happen. We would also like to thank the staff at The Cut for putting on a magnificent day.
