The East Perth Colts have made it through to finals football. This Sunday the boys will take on South Fremantle in an Elimination Final. Everything is on the line in this game as the winner progress to the Semi-Finals while the loser's season will come to an end. A disappointing result for both the League and Reserves against West Perth in Round 18 at New Choice Homes Park.
