Jenna Allomes extends on for 2027!
We’re delighted to announce that Jenna Allomes will continue as the WAFLW Head Coach, with the club extending her contract for the 2027 season.
Jenna has already made a significant impact during her time at the club, and we’re excited about what she has built and where she can take the program moving forward.
Female Football Manager Tara Williams said the club was thrilled to retain Jenna.
“We’re really excited to have Jenna continue with us,” Williams said. “The club is committed to building and strengthening our female football program, and we’re incredibly appreciative of everything Jenna has done already.”
She said this year’s improvement on the field reflected the work Jenna had put in with the playing group.
“This year we saw a significant improvement in our game plan and the way we wanted to play, which is a reflection of the work Jenna has put in with the group,” Williams said. “Jenna is not only a great coach, but she has built a strong level of trust within the playing group.”
Williams added that Jenna’s contribution went beyond coaching.
“Just as importantly, she is a great person who brings a lot to our football club,” she said. “We’re really looking forward to continuing with Jenna at the helm and seeing what she can build from here.”
The 2026 season was one of highs and lows at the Royals, with the club seeing improved performances throughout the season.
The East Perth WAFLW and Rogers Cup campaigns drew to a close in early August. Off season preparations and planning are already well underway to set the foundations for an exciting season in 2027.
