Vale Sam Clemeno

East Perth Football Club is deeply saddened by the passing of Sam Clemeno, a life member and long-time club timekeeper.

Sam’s connection to the Royals went back to 1969. For many years he kept the clock and the siren on game day, a job most supporters never notice and one the club couldn’t run without.

He was made a life member of East Perth in 2018, recognition of decades of turning up, week after week, for the Royals.

Our thoughts are with his family and friends, and with everyone at the Club who shared a game day with him.
