Beau has now been moved from the Intensive Care Unit into a ward at Royal Perth Hospital. He is still in a critical but stable condition and continues to show signs of improvement in his right arm.

The Chatley Family and East Perth Football Club have set up the Beau Chatley Recovery Fund through an online fundraising page. The page can be found at https://ozcrowd.com/campaign/2989
This fund has been set up to assist the Chatley family with initial medical costs and provide support for Beau’s ongoing rehabilitation.The cost of this process is unknown at this stage but is expected to be significant.

Beau remains in the Intensive Care Unit in a serious but stable condition.
Football Operations Manager Mark Winnett spoke to Beau today and has said that Beau is currently going through a range of emotions, but was still able to crack a few jokes.
Beau continues to show signs of improvement in his right arm.

The East Perth Football Club has received the following update on Beau’s condition. Beau is still in the Intensive Care Unit in a serious but stable condition. He was taken off the respirator last night and is breathing unassisted. This morning Beau asked for and ate food for the first time since the incident. There has also been slight movement in his right hand.

The East Perth Football Club provides the following update on the injury to Beau Chatley.
Beau underwent surgery at Royal Perth Hospital overnight. The indication at this time is that the damage to Beau's neck and spinal cord was significant. It is not yet known whether Beau will make a full recovery.
