East Perth have appointed a new Colts coach, Patrick Litherland.
Litherland has coached at East Perth and in the East Perth district since 2006 in a variety of roles, including Colts assistant and Reserves assistant as well as coaching the 14s, 15s and 16s development squads for a number of seasons.
Locally, he has coached the Coolbinia Bombers and the Noranda Hawks in the East Perth district.

Midfielder Steven Payne has claimed his first FD Book Medal, taking out the best and fairest league award by three votes over captain Craig Wulff in one of the closest medal counts in recent years.
